Eitan was born on 2.2.69 in Moshav Ramot Naftali, in the upper Galil. His parents, Ziona and Klod Belachsan, immigrated to Israel from Tunis and Morocco and settled in the Moshav. Eitan is their third son, and brother of Yoav, Osnat and Yaron. Eitan grew up and was educated in Ramot Naftali, absorbing values of love for the nation and the country, sensitivity to and consideration of others, love for the land and great love for animals and for getting to know the country well through trips. Eitan studied in the Yesod Hamalla elementary school. Eitan always stood out among children’s groups and was always a leader in spite of his shyness. Eitan continued his studies in Kfar Blum Junior High and High School. Eitan was one of those children who did not seem to work hard at his studies, but easily succeeded in all his studies. His shy and charming smile broke the teachers’ and girls’ hearts. In junior high Eitan met Raya, from Kfar Blum, and in the future they would marry. During childhood Eitan helped his parents on the farm. He worked in the hen house and the dairy and during summer vacations he managed the fruit picking. At the same time he developed his parent's garden, which he liked very much. In the future he would develop the Zimerim at that garden.
